TRAINING COURCES

HRVietnamb2b maid services are customized to the following criteria:
√ Housekeeping - all the theory relating to every aspect of housekeeping. Prerequisites for Honesty and timekeeping, Personal hygiene, work planning, International standards for each room including practice in a home, room by room to establish a common standard. Sourcing appropriate quality cleaning and related household products in Hanoi.
√ Kitchen Management and household safety - Bacteria and disease - cause and prevention; food marketing, selection, preparation, storage and presentation; case studies of food poisoning situations (risk, prevention and cause); kitchen and household safety and hygiene; ("Silver Service" place setting and serving at table - optional extra subject to experience and demand).

√ Child Care - Qualified Vietnamese child care specialist who assesses our Maid's aptitude and ability for child care. Those Maids with appropriate aptitude are tutored by the specialist and particular emphasis is given to keeping the children happy and gainfully employed. The Maids also learn how to handle difficult situations, ( i.e. tantrums, disobedience, toilet training etc).

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES

√ Our Maids are selected from those applicants who can demonstrate some history of service with expatriates. Their background and references are then checked carefully. After basic orientation to the cultural needs of expatriates and their families in Vietnam and the consequences for dishonesty, the Maids are assessed for their abilities in specific key areas: Kitchen Management and household safety & Cookery (Asian and Western styles) and Child Care. They are then put through a Health, Hygiene and basic 1st Aid for young children awareness program before attending specific courses run by professional service providers.
√ They are then ready for interviews with clients and once accepted will receive one final briefing on specific needs of the specific client including, if relevant, specialist supplementary cookery lessons relating to the client home country. We also offer these training modules to clients who may be happy with their current Maid but require her to acquire some additional skills
