Our recruitment process comprises three stages:

Stage 1: Finding out the demand and requirements of the Employer basing on analyzing working value in order to establish the detailed job descriptions.

Stage 2: Selecting in the various source of candidates. Short-listing the files to select the most suitable candidates

Stage 3: Selecting through the below standard steps:

√   Questioning and grading the files

√    Testing: we design the appropriate tests to the features and the operation of enterprises basing on the rich test bank, inclusive of:

•  Ability test: IQ, EQ, SQ (spiritual quotient), CQ (creativity quotient)....

•  Skill test: computer, foreign language, general knowledge of economics, society...

•  Behavior test: Maslow, personality...

√    Specialist knowledge testing: HRVietnamb2b consultants will coordinate firmly to enterprises to build and evaluate necessary specialist knowledge matched to the practical working requirement.

√    First interview: the short-listed candidates will be interviewed by HRVietnamb2b consultants in order to evaluate their character, manner, communication skill, ability, commitment level...

√    Final interview: HRVietnamb2b supports enterprises tools and methods for the final interview to decide the successful candidates.

WORKING TEAM

The recruitment project team includes 1-2 consultants and an administration assistant. HRVietnamb2b consultants have rich experiences in consultancy projects to the domestic and foreign companies.

SERVICE PACKAGE

Our service is divided into levels:

Level 1: Verifying and selecting the candidates' CV, sending the short-listed candidates' files to the enterprises (only for staff positions)

Level 2: Selecting. HRVietnamb2b only selects the qualified candidates to test the specialist knowledge and to interview (for manager positions)

Level 3: Selecting. HRVietnamb2b only selects the qualified candidates to interview (for manager positions with high confidentiality)
